He graduated from Eastern Oregon University with a degree in Exercise Science and a minor in health and fitness coaching. He also ran cross country and track for EOU. He was the assistant cross country and distance coach at EOU as well as the strength and conditioning coach for the track&field team. He has taught weight training at the high school level for 5 years. Having competed in many sports(football, cross country, wrestling, basketball, track) and been very successful at as athlete at all levels (Juco-D1) and coached all ages, He has the background to take athletes to the next level. No matter your goal on or off the field he can help you get you to where you want to me. His training philosophy is; you have to train like an athlete if you want to play like an athlete.
